We looked at several different parts of Atlanta when deciding where to locate our firm permanently. The most important factor was proximity to the many court houses in the area. We regularly handle cases across metro Atlanta, and Atlanta Galleria allows us to get just about anywhere within 30 to 45 minutes. We also spend a lot of time at our office, so it’s important to have an attractive, comfortable space. Atlanta Galleria met all of these needs, which is why we’ve been happy tenants for more than 26 years.

I like the overall package of amenities here, from restaurants to the barber shop. I’ve gotten my hair cut here for over 20 years. We use the Georgian Club regularly, too, but you’ll also find me in the deli located in our building.

The area around Atlanta Galleria is proving to be an epicenter for growth in Atlanta. The Braves move to the area is a proof point and we’re looking forward to using it as an entertainment venue. I think growth in the area is due to its location at the juncture of I-75 and I-285, which gives companies like us easy access to many areas of Atlanta, including the airport. It’s also convenient for our employees, many of whom live in Marietta, North Fulton, and East and West Cobb.

“One look on an aerial and you can see why Cumberland/Galleria must be a business hub. […] with major infrastructure improvements, the Battery, and more corporate relocations to the area, there is an excitement about Cumberland that I have not seen since the 1980s.”

We’ve been a Cobb County-based business for over 30 years and do a lot of work with Cobb County and the city of Marietta. As a result, keeping our office in Cobb County was very important to us. In addition to the location, the building and campus amenities and nearby restaurants and banks make this a good location for our business.
